Brandon has been great to work with. Cares about his clients. I felt sorry for him after my service because he tried to arrange transportation for me,but Lyft kept on cancelling the booking on him, just dumping more work on his plate. He handled it well and got your shuttle to get me.

My 2017 Honda Accord's safety package (lane departure, collision avoidance, & adaptive cruise control stopped working. When I called Service, Ispoke with Steve. who asked questions to isolate the problem. He gave me an appointment for the following day to diagnose and, if necessary, repair the systems. He met me at the appointment, and was back to me within an hour to indicate that the sensor panel was compromised and a camera was malfunctioning. The mechanic also noticed that the air conditioning compressor was leaking oil. He offered me an appointment at my earliest convenience and ordered the parts for delivery the next day. He met me at the appointment and had the parts installed and working within two hours. He answered all my questions about preventing the issue from arising again. I have not had a service advisor who demonstrated such a high level of interest and caring about solving my service problem. He was definitely "on my page." He kept me informed, explained the complexities of the safety package, and offered all the resources of Arrowhead Honda that may be necessary to resolve the repairs. Steve is an outstanding employee representative of Arrowhead Honda. I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership and the service provided by Steve will be a major reason why I will use Arrowhead for any future purchases and service. Kudos also to Raquel Perez who followed up each appointment with an email to determine if all was going well. Because of Steve and Raquel, Arrowhead Honda is precisely what a dealership should be and a model of how customers should be treated.
