Our salesperson, Anthony Alfaro did a superb job in every respect. His knowledge of the product was excellent. He explained in detail of how everything on the vehicle worked and where every control was and how it operated. There was no question at all about his knowledge of the product. Along with his knowledge he was gracious, kind and helpful. Never did he use high pressure tactics to force a sale. Without a doubt, this young man is an asset to your organization. You would do well to keep him. When you can put a great product together with a great salesperson, you have a Win-Win situation.

I had gotten 7- 10 quotes from dealers all the valley and New Mexico and Arrowhead gave the best price. But more importantly,the Arrowhead salesman. Jason honored the price. We purchased a 2010 Insight at the end of February. Unfortunately, the vehicle was totaled in a collision. We had such a great experience in February with Arrowhead Honda & our sales rep Brian Alexander that, after learning the vehicle was totaled, I immediately contacted Brian. I explained over the phone what had happened, and that we wanted the exact same vehicle, color, body style, etc. Brian made sure that one was available, and had all the paperwork ready for me that evening when I arrived. When I worked with our Business Manager, Nick, he made that process very quick & efficient also, and was extremely personable. What a great way to help us out in a difficult situation. Everyone at this dealership went ABOVE and BEYOND my wildest expectations. I had recently bought another Honda at a different dealership in Scottsdale and was treated poorly so this was a nice change. Every person I came in contact with at your dealership including the receptionist had a great attitude and a "can do" attitude. It is nice to be respected regardless of what situations you are going through and not looked at differently. Troy in Sales did an amazing job of finding exactly the car we were looking for. He was even polishing it on the lot for us, not to mention, he programmed all our radio stations for us in the order we wanted them. From my first appointment with Brian Alexander and Arrowhead Honda, I have nothing but positive things to say. Brian followed through on his promises, was never pushy or overbearing, and made the entire experience simple and pleasant. I would also like to note the easy going manner of Marcus in finance.
